Gorgonzola Dip

2/3 cup reduced fat sour cream

2/3 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese

1 tsp. white vinegar, or we like to also use Apple Cider vinegar, or try it with a quality Balsamic vinegar for a sweeter taste!

Cayenne pepper to taste ( spice it up for chicken wings dipping!)

One green onion top, finely minced

Mix all the above together with a whisk, refrigerate and serve.

Works great made the day before. Delicious for sliced veggies, or a dollup on your grilled steak....
